Let’s be honest, y’all. Some things in the world of gaming can’t be kept a secret. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is getting a remake. Half Life 3 is probably (maybe) going to happen and Leon S. Kennedy will be in Resident Evil Requiem.
The last secret has been known for awhile. You’re going to tell me that we’re returning to Raccoon City and NOT have our boy LSK! join us!? COME ON, BRAH!! The leaks by the PlayStation Store didn’t help, either.
So when it was officially revealed during The Game Awards 2026 that Leon is BACK and hunker than ever, my excitement for Resident Evil Requiem grew higher than 10 Tyrants stacked on top one another’s shoulders!
Leon is back and the Resident Evil nation couldn’t be happier!
February 27, 2026! GET READY!!
Combine this with Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and Pragmata?! Capcom is kicking all the ass and taking all the names in 2026, Brah!
Resident Evil Requiem is available for pre-order on the PS5, Xbox Series, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
