For real though, Microsoft and Halo Studios are giving the original Halo: Combat Evolved a remake in 2026. With new prequel missions, QOL mechanics like sprinting, a fresh UE5 coat of paint, and so much more including online co-op with up to 4-players.
Did I mention crossplay and cross-progression between consoles and PC?!

I played the original Halo on my OG Xbox back in the early 2000s. So hell yes am I excited for this remake!
