During the most recent Nintendo Switch Direct event, it has been revealed that Bandai Namco and developer HYDE are teaming up to give us fans of the Everybody’s Golf series a new entry!
Releasing earlier this year on the PS4/PS5/Switch and Steam, the current-gen port of PS Vita ‘classic’, Freedom Wars, was apparently the beginning of the revival of several Japan Studio series from PlayStation thanks to Bandai Namco.
As someone who still plays PS Vita version of the series in 2025, I’m more than happy that Bandai Namco is licensing the series from PlayStation, who has no interest in continuing it themselves.
Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots will release on the PS5, Steam, and Nintendo Switch sometime in 2025, featuring both offline and online multiplayer.
My question is this: What kind of potential guest Golfers could the game have for us to go 18-holes with it? Let the guessing game begin!
