Dude. Battle Chasers was the shiznit when it hit back in 98′. Seriously. Artist Joe Madureria produced some of his best material ever, even if it took ya know, 3 or 4 years to get 9 issues out. ‘Joe Mad’ eventually changed careers from comic artist to videogame developer, helping create the world of Darksiders. After the closure of THQ, a successful Kickstarter in 2015 gave birth to Battle Chasers: Nightwar, A turned-based RPG based on Joe Mad’s characters. The best part? BC: NW looks brahsome.
Today developer Air Syndicate let it be known that Battle Chasers: Nightwar will launch this Fall worldwide on October 3.
If you don’t know much about the game, here’s a great video featuring gameplay and exploration.
