Yesterday Dotemu, Tribute Games, and Marvel Games announced that a limited-time demo for Marvel Cosmic Invasion would be part of Steam Fest Next, available to download through Steam until October 20th.
Considering how the PC Master Race rolls, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that they’ve already data-mined the demo, revealing the final two characters of the initial roster.
So far, we know of the following 13 characters planned for the initial Marvel Cosmic Invasion Day-One roster of the game:
Spider-Man, Black Panther, Venom, Beta Ray Bill, Wolverine, Storm, Captain America, Rocket Raccoon, Silver Surfer, She-Hulk, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Nova, and Phyla-Vell.
If you don’t mind being spoiled, here are the final two characters, making it a total of 15 characters to kick ‘azz’ and save the Marvel uni’ with:
The Invincible Iron Man and the mighty intergalactic force known as the Phoenix (our girl Jean Grey)!!
How do you feel about the final roster spots, True Believers? Don’t worry, though; it appears from the image above that there will be plenty of room for DLC characters to join the mighty Marvel lineup.
Marvel Cosmic Invasion is set to release on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and Steam sometime in 2025.
