First announced at Gamescom 2017, Experiment 101’s Biomutant is poised for a launch on May 25th on the PS4.
Now that more and more gamers are leaving behind their last-gen consoles and joining the current-gen, the demand for PS5/Xbox Series versions of games has increased so they take can advantage of all the benefits of these new consoles.
Experiment 101 has hinted at a native PS5 version of Biomutant and now it has been confirmed thanks to a FAQ page posted by THQ Nordic.
- What platforms will it be available on?
- On May 25 2021: PS4
- Sometime in the near-ish future: native version for PS5.
The biggest question is this: will it be a free upgrade for the PS5? For those unaware, the Wreckfest PS5 update for current owners of the PS4 owners will cost $10 on June 1st.
The team at Experiment 101 uploaded this Biomutant ‘Explanation’ trailer letting it be known what the hell the game is all about.
