THE VR DIMENSION
The year is 1978, and the place is New York City. Being a teenager can be rough, and when you have a rough life, the world may throw it all at you, but how you handle things just might be how you are able to find yourself. Introducing Lupe (voiced by Rosario Dawson), a Puerto Rican American who is only 16 years old, has found herself in some trouble. But maybe that trouble was meant to get to the point where she meets her cellmate, Debbie. This is where Debbie is going to introduce Lupe to the Lower East Side, and just maybe Lupe will be able to find herself and change the way people, including herself, may view things from a different perspective.
When one is lost, can one find oneself in the most unusual of places? What will become of Debbie and Lupe? Are you ready for the inspiration? Find out with BATTLESCAR: Punk Was Invented By Girls, a three-part animated film out now on the Oculus Rift/S and Oculus Quest/Quest 2 on the Oculus Store.
Until then…please enjoy (please note that there is language)…
