Bulletstorm VR was released on numerous platforms back in January. However, some things were missing. Players wanted more of the fast-paced action, a new weapon, and, more carnage. The developers have heard the battle cries and have brought the newest 1.4 update that is sure to give players what they have been requesting. What might have been missing you might be wondering, well, it wasn’t so much of the action and the shooting as it was players who wanted more of it. They wanted the fast-paced action, a new weapon, and, of course, more carnage.

The new 1.4 update brings the following:
- Horde Mode throws players into three new and bespoke murder domes to face increasingly difficult waves of enemies in a bid to survive and top the leaderboards.
- Five Brand New Skillshots that make the most of the VR exclusive dual wielding have players stylin’ and profiling their way across Stygia.
- Immersive Charged Shots have players physically twist, turn, pull, push, or rip at their weapon of choice to send it into overdrive mode.
- Improved levels, visuals, and performance with more VR interactivity, higher fidelity, and smoother gameplay.
- Improved Physics, Animation & AI with physicalized environment props, smoothed out animation, and improved enemy and ally reactions.
- Left Handed Support and Adjustable Holsters to further tailor the experience to players’ requirements.
- Korean and Simplified Chinese subtitles will extend the language support already offered in the game.
