I drag the Grav Beam through the dust, feeling its weight and promise. It’s a tool meant for industry, but necessity has turned it into a lifeline, a weapon, and a way to negotiate with physics. When I lift a crate, the beam hums; when I throw debris into the swarm, it sings. The planet reacts to every action, shifting from passive hostility to active resistance. The wildlife emerges in patterns that feel almost ritualistic. The longer I stay, the more the world leans toward me, pressing in with escalating intent. It’s testing whether instinct or fear will guide my next decision. I build the fabricator, its machinery unfolding like a metallic flower. It releases kits that clatter onto the ground with urgency, like tools that know they’ll be used under fire. Turrets rise, generators pulse, and the pipeline stretches across the terrain like a vein system I’m implanting into a creature that never asked for it. The swarm gathers at the edges of vision, a trembling distortion in the air, growing bolder as the operation expands. I feel the pressure shaping me, forcing clarity into my movements, bending my choices toward survival rather than ambition. Gravity becomes a collaborator, a force I can twist with the beam to redirect danger or carve open a path toward the next resource node. Every sound matters – the crack of distant fauna, the thrum of the pipeline, the rising chorus of the swarm preparing its next push. Extraction is supposed to be the end of the shift, but it always feels like a question: have I earned my escape, or overstayed my welcome? When the dropship beacon finally lights the sky, I feel the planet tighten around me, reluctant to let me go. I sprint toward the beam of safety, carrying everything I can, leaving behind everything I couldn’t save. The world has tried to break me, but my purpose has refused to bend.

- Move Fast, Die Last – High-speed mobility allows players to boost in any direction, hover, and reposition under heavy fire to race to a teammate’s aid or make a last-second dash for materials.
- High-Risk Extraction – Seek out treacherous planets for the best materials. Stay longer and push harder to increase your rewards, but beware: every extra second escalates the swarm, turning each shift into a high-stakes bet on what your pack can handle.
